They understand and remember the material best when they <strong>explain it to others<\/strong>, listen, discuss and solve tasks together in safe communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Key idea: Transfer is stronger in community<\/strong><br>When you have to apply what you have learned together with others, both understanding and reflection are sharpened. How will they document the process?<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong><em>Alternate between groups and plenary. <\/em><\/strong><em>Use the alternation between group dialogue, knowledge sharing and joint collection to activate more and share points across.
